Our story

Hand & Heart LLC started with a personal experience. Our founder, Larette, assisted her loving mother Daphen with her ill grandmother Claudia back in 2011 before her untimely passing. This experience ignited her passion for supporting aging patients with dignity and inspired her to establish a home healthcare business. Her compassionate approach and genuine desire to make a difference remain at the heart of our company's mission.
